Particular attention to specification had to be considered due to the nature of the development, with certain areas being dedicated to having a “tropical environment”, the build up of the door blank in these areas was critical to ensure life expectancy of the doors were met. A mixture of Ash veneer, Ash Laminate and painted doorsets were specified together with some WBP cores, with doorsets being serviced for ironmongery where possible. Due to the successful completion of this project the client awarded us a 60 bed roomed “boutique hotel”.
