New School Building Construction Project procured under a 2-Stage Partnering process, operated as a formal Partnering Contract with Surgo as E.C. Educational Services’ Strategic Partner. The school houses in excess of 1,300 pupils of various ages.

Several of the circa 400 doorsets were complete with attached screens with the Architects specification requested frames / screens were factory painted. This caused us to work even closer with the contractor with individual components being bespoke to ensure minimal work was carried out on site. The doors where finished in a Maple veneer with painted frames and factory servicing was carried out including hinges, locks and closers where applicable.

Due to the success of this contract we have since completed Bishop Auckland College and in the spring of 2008 we deliver the first doorsets to Excelsior Academy Newcastle for the same Contractor / Architect both of which are a similar size.
