Built in 1870 once the worlds largest Silk Mill Manningham Mill is a collection of Grade 2 listed Mills & Warehouses. The first two phases consisted of 190 apartments and 20,000sq’ of office space. Since the program started in excess of 700 paint grade doorsets have been delivered for the apartments and riser doors. The doorsets supplied were serviced for relevant ironmongery including, hinges, locks / latches and concealed “perco” type closers.
